Tiny Diggers – DIG (An Archaeological Adventure)

Tiny Diggers is a new group promoting sensory play for babies and toddlers every weekday morning at DIG: An Archaeological Adventure, St Saviourgate in York city centre. It’s a chance to play in a safe, tactile environment that uses textures found in archaeology to introduce touch-based play.

Sessions run at 9am – 10am for babies (those who have not yet learned to walk) and from 10.30am – 11.30 am and 12 noon – 1pm for mobile youngsters aged up to 4 years. They’re limiting numbers in each session so that they can keep to social distancing guidelines, and will be offering free coffee and biscuits for parents and carers to enjoy as they socialise.
