- 1 and a quarter cups plain flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 125g unsalted butter chopped
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 1 and a half teaspoons water
- Half a teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
