Start your experience at the beautifully decorated Pickering station, where the air is filled with Christmas music and sparkling lights. Snap a festive selfie, enjoy an indulgent hot chocolate and mince pie in our charming tearoom, and explore our Christmas Emporium bursting with treats and presents. Don’t forget to take a peek inside our festively dressed Signal Box!

Climb aboard a festive steam train for a magical ride through the North York Moors. Along the way, you’ll meet Santa himself and a jolly bunch of cheeky little helpers ready to bring smiles, stories, and seasonal surprises to your visit.
Created in partnership with theatre company Wise Owl, this heartwarming experience blends the timeless magic of Christmas with a fresh, fun theatrical twist, perfect for families and festive fans of all ages.

– Winners will receive a letter which will include a code to redeem with your preferred visit date to organise your tickets. Please note that some dates and services will sell out, so book as soon as you are able.
