Special Delivery offers in-person and online courses using birth education and hypnobirthing techniques to inform and empower you and your birth partner to get excited about a calm, safe and fearless birth.

The course is 10 hours long, split over a number of sessions.

The information can be taught in a group setting, or bespoke for you and your birth partner at your home.

Coached by Alice, an experienced healthcare provider, from any time after your 20-week scan, you will learn to practice tried and tested techniques for joyful birth.
