Practising specialist yoga after you've had a baby is a wonderful practice and a great way to heal, strengthen and nurture yourself without needing a babysitter. It helps you to reconnect with your body, find some calm and stillness in this exciting but exhausting time, and also have time to really nourish and replenish yourself as a new mother - which is so very important.

Mum & Baby postnatal yoga has many benefits for your body, and your mind too,  in the first year of motherhood (usually starting after your 6 week check). It strengthens the back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, helps to releases tension in the back, shoulders and neck, decreases overall stress and promotes relaxation, rejuvenates the mind and increases energy, builds patience and inner-calm and it a fun and friendly way to spend some time with your baby and other lovely new mums too. You'll have plenty of time to chat and have a hot cuppa too. Suitable for mums anytime from 6 weeks post-birth through to around one year old.
