York Maze theme revealed for 2025 & win a family ticket!

York Maze

This year’s York Maze theme has been revealed, and it’s Toy Story! Everyone’s favourite gang of toys is taking over the UK’s biggest maize maze, and it’s set to be one of the most magical, memory-making days out of the summer. Whether you grew up with Woody, Buzz and Jessie or your kids are just discovering the joy of Andy’s toy box, this much-loved film theme will delight maze-goers of all ages.

York Maze

York Maze opens on 12th July and runs until 1st September 2025, when the crop will be harvested. Families have to navigate the maze of pathways in the crop to find the six viewing platforms and spot the characters along the way.

York Maze 2023

As well as the giant maize maze, York Maze offers families a full day out with over 20 other maze and corn-themed rides, attractions and shows including the Crowmania tractor-trailer ride, the dinosaur-themed Jurassic maize, Volcorno climb, Popcorn pillow, Corn Snake Tower slides, a maze of illusions, House of Cornfusion, Corn on the Club crazy golf, Cobstacle course, shop and café. It’s a cracking summer day out, and one we’d wholeheartedly recommend. Top tips – get there early, prepare for all weathers and book early online for the best savings and to make sure you don’t miss out.
