Well, this is exciting! As if we weren’t already spoilt for choice for things to do with kids in York, a brand new escape room has opened and it sounds fab. Candy Chaos at Star Street Escapes is the brainchild of the team behind the fantastic Star Street Salon, York’s only dedicated hairdressers for children, it’s the only one of its kind in the city. Here’s what to expect if you fancy doing something completely different.
All about Star Street Escapes
The clue’s in the Chandy Chaos name, but there’s a sweet shop theme to the new escape room. There’s a problem at the sweet shop and only you can solve it The owner has lost the keys to his shop and his customers will be arriving shortly! To make matters worse, his sweet-making machine has run out of ingredients. Can you find a way into his shop and reactivate his sweet machine? There’s a reward waiting for you if you can do it, but it’s only 45 minutes until opening time….
- Age range – Candy Chaos is aimed at children aged 5 – 11.
- Max number of players – Teams of up to 6 children.
- Cost – £50 per private session.
