Description

Our Saturday morning performing arts club, King’s Academy, develops skills in acting, singing, comedy, stage combat, and dancing for 5-to-11-year-olds. Each year in June, the students rehearse and perform a full-length play or musical in front of an audience of friends and family at their professional 330-seat venue, King’s Theatre. These well-received productions provide students with the opportunity to perform live and to apply the new skills they have learnt throughout the year. They are also used to enter the children into Rock School Examinations in Musical Theatre so they can gain a qualification each academic year. All sessions are run by industry professionals who strive to get the best out of the young performers whilst encouraging a fun, safe and friendly environment.

Prices are £225 per term. To book a free trial, email: performingarts@qe.org. Or, for more information visit the King's Academy website.
