The Potions Academy is York's newest magical experience, ideal for young wizards. There are two core elements: The Potions Class and The Broom School.

The Potions Class is a magical family experience led by a potion master who will impart the wisdom of esteemed alchemist and wizard of the highest order, Phileas Fry. As well as learning the secrets of Fry, every graduating wizard and witch will receive their very own magical potion and graduate badge.

- This experience will last 30 minutes and is accessible only up a flight of stairs.
- Recommended for wizards aged 5 and above.
- From only £6.49 per person, pre-booking is highly recommended.

The Broom School will give witches and wizards the opportunity to fly from Goathland in the North Yorkshire Moors back to Shambles, York, via key landmarks including Whitby Abbey and Castle Howard where the firey dragon awaits, with every graduate receiving a Witches Brew potion, graduate badge and souvenir video to take away.
