Swimming - York Sport Village is proud to have not one, but two swimming pools open to members and the local community! Their competition-standard 8-lane Main Pool is one of the best in the region. This 25m pool is perfect for serious lane swimmers or a few lengths after a session in the gym. They also have an 18m Small Pool which is perfect for those learning to swim, and for families looking for fun. The training pool also hosts our very own multiple award-winning swim scheme! Both pools are open to the public daily, with access to cubicle changing rooms as well as lockers and showers for you to use. Hairdryers are available for use for 20p. York Sport Cafe is located next to the reception area and has a great view of the pool if one member of your party doesn’t fancy getting wet on the day.

Football - York Sport Village is home to four 3G football pitches including 3 five-a-side pitches and 1 fully floodlit competition-size outdoor 3G football pitch. All of their pitches are available to hire as part of a team, or for just you and your mates having a friendly kick-about. Football tournaments are also regularly played here during the summer and they are part of the summer holiday camps too.

Cycling - York Sport Village is home to Yorkshire’s only outdoor velodrome! Their 250m Olympic-sized outdoor velodrome has 30-degree banking at each end, providing an exhilarating cycling experience unique to Yorkshire.
