This February half-term, York’s Chocolate Story invites families to indulge in a hands-on Family Chocolate Masterclass – a deliciously fun experience for all ages. Under the guidance of expert chocolatiers, participants will learn professional chocolate-making techniques while crafting their own sweet treats. The Masterclass provides plenty of opportunities to get creative during the chocolate-filled adventure at one of York’s most loved attractions, located in the heart of the city.

Families will be able to handcraft six ganache-filled mini-truffles with gooey centres, create a mini chocolate tiffin layered with brownie bits, feuilletine, and waffle pieces, and even decorate a love heart with luxurious toppings for a seasonal touch. Guests will also get to pipe and personalise a chocolate lolly with a choice of tempting toppings before savouring a cup of rich hot chocolate to round off the experience.
