The York BID’s Colour & Light returns to the Eye of York in 2026 with a large-scale projection show illuminating both York Castle Museum and Clifford’s Tower. The free, family-friendly display runs on a continuous loop and features vibrant visuals inspired by York’s stories and heritage. Children love heading out after dark, and it’s a great way to see the city without the crowds.
