Meet Santa and his elves

Expect a warm welcome from Santa’s elves, whatever the weather. Every child with a Santa Experience Ticket will receive an activity pack and a magical pass to unlock the festive adventure ahead. Chief Elf Chestnut will lead the way to the highlight of the visit: meeting Santa himself in his cosy grotto. Named one of the Best Christmas Grottos to Meet Santa by The Telegraph, it’s a gorgeous experience.

Explore Mother Shipton’s Christmas Village

Wander through the beautifully decorated woodland and discover the Christmas Village. Warm up with hot chocolate, tuck into a tasty Christmas treat or even toast marshmallows over the fire. There’ll be plenty of cosy, so no need to worry about the elements.

The magic doesn’t stop there. Explore the Petrifying Well, step inside the famous cave and make a wish at the historic Wishing Well.
