Tropical World

[tabs type=”vertical”]

[tab title=”Little Vikings Says…”] Tropical World is one of Leeds’ most popular attractions and it’s home to the largest collection of tropical plants outside Kew Gardens. But it’s not just exotic plant life you’ll see – there are snakes, huge butterflies, turtles, fish, birds and much more. Predictably the meerkats in their desert house  are the stars of the show.

Good to know – Tropical World is on the doorstep of Roundhay Park, so combine it with a run around this lovely green space. It’s hot, hot, hot inside the attraction so be prepared for the kids to strip off! Free on-street parking nearby if you’re lucky enough to get a space.
