The Great Yorkshire Fringe is back! And as always, the family programme is packed with exciting shows for children of all ages. Morgan & West’s Utterly Spiffing Spectacular Magic Show For Kids (and Childish Grown-ups!)
Time travelling magicians Morgan & West return to the Great Yorkshire Fringe with their jaw-dropping, heart-stopping, brain-busting, opinion-adjusting, death-defying, mind-frying, spirit-lifting, paradigm-shifting, outlook-changing, furniture-rearranging magic extravaganza! We’ve seen their shows many times and they’re very funny indeed. 20th July 2019, 1pm and 3pm.
Everyone experiences an unexpected bottom burp at some point or another. Grown ups will tell you that they don’t, but we totally know that they do. All of them. Even the Prime Minister. Even the Queen (except that one of her servants usually does hers for her). The inescapable truth is that they sneak out, sometimes without us even knowing – and that’s something we’ve all got in common. Poet Paul Jenkins knows this, so insists on talking about it in public. Just Josh & WonderPhil are proud to present their debut double act: Making a Magic Show. There’s 30 minutes on the clock. It’s their first ever show together. Josh still hasn’t decided on a stage name! With a combined 16 years of children’s entertainment, York’s very own just JOSH & WonderPhil are back in their hometown, side by side, for the very first time, making a magic show together – what could possibly go wrong!? 20th & 21st July 2019, 2pm.
The Noise Next Door’s Really Really Good Afternoon Show: Through Time!
Join the quickest wits in comedy for a side-splitting, jaw-dropping, time-travelling adventure that’s fun for literally everyone. Dinosaurs? Egyptians? Robots? WHEN do we go next? It’s up to you! Your suggestions are transformed, in the blink of an eye, into ferociously funny scenes and songs on a journey through history, to the future and back again. As seen on BBC One’s ‘The One Show’ and ITV1’s ‘Tonight At The Palladium.’ 27th July 2019, 2pm.
