Nutrition 2 Nourish & Flourish is a York-based service run by a child and family Registered Nutritionist (Penelope Henderson RNutr). Penelope offers group and individual workshops, 1 - 1 consultations, and nursery and school services. She works with families and children on a range of issues including weaning, fussy eating, picky eating, weight loss or management, intuitive eating, managing allergies, and other nutrition issues.
