Wonderful news for wildlife lovers, big and small: Nunnington Hall is opening its doors again from 18th May 2021 and it’s playing host to the British Wildlife Photography Awards Exhibition once more. This 10th anniversary retrospective will showcase all of the overall winners and best photographs from the last decade. With over 100 images and videos, it’s a great way to inspire young photographers to have a go themselves (watch out for your kids nicking your phone to take pictures of the dog/cat/hamster). The exhibition runs until Sunday 11th July. On Sunday 30th and Monday 31st May 2021, there’ll be some special activities going on as part of ‘Nature @ Nunnington’. Watch this space for more details.
Visitors must pre-book their tickets to Nunnington, and will be able to enter the house with timed tickets between 10.30am and 3.30pm. The gardens will be open as usual (top marks to anyone who can spot a peacock) and the tea rooms will be open too.
