As part of YorNight, an event taking place across 300 cities in Europe to show that research is fun, families will have the chance to get involved in fun, hands-on activities in the Yorkshire Museum and the Museum Gardens. On Friday 26th September you’ll be able to learn more about the history beneath our feet, from sea monsters and dinosaurs to Romans and Vikings. And with nocturnal stories in the enchanted, fairy-lit glade, historic arts and crafts activities, children’s trails, an archaeological forensic mystery to solve and a chance to meet experts, it’s set to be an evening to remember.
In the Museum Night Garden – Yorkshire Museum and Museum Gardens – Friday 26th September – 5pm to 8.30pm – Free, no need to book
