Free entry for families who test new trail at York Army Museum!

York Army Museum needs you! This wonderful city centre attraction is looking for families to try out their brand new interactive trail, and in return you can visit the museum all half term for free! The new trail is app-based: using your phone, work your way around the museum, discovering new things and searching for various objects. It’s fun for all ages but will particularly appeal to families with children aged 10+. There are lots of reasons to visit York Army Museum during half term (Friday 23rd February to Saturday 3rd March): there’ll be sword decorating, object handling and Sam’s Safaris bringing in creatures who are masters of camouflage (Thursday 28th February).

How to get involved: If you would like to help out York Army Museum by doing the trail in return for a week of entry, just book your ticket via this Eventbrite link  using the password ‘trail’. You can then show it at the museum’s reception desk where you’ll get more details and the wifi code. Once you’ve completed it, just let them know what you thought of it.
