The ever-popular Scarborough Kite Festival is returning for 2019!  Expert kite flyers will be there to impress, with synchronised demonstrations to music on the spectacular headland. Bring your own kite to have a go yourself or you can even make one while you’re there! Pack a picnic for a perfect day out (and don’t forget there’s a little tearoom for ice creams, sandwiches and hot drinks too). It’s easy to stick to the beach on a visit to Scarborough, but Scarborough Castle is a great place to visit: tons of fresh air, space to run around and history, too.
