Time to dust off the roof rack: this May half term there’s a rare opportunity to cycle around Studley Royal and Fountains Abbey on a family bike ride, where two-wheeled wonders are usually prohibited. Embark on a loop of the water gardens: it’s 2.5 miles in total, with a short cut for little legs, and you can do as many loops as you like. Bike-tastic!
