Halloween at The Plotters’ Forest – Visit Raby Castle from 7th October 2023 for a spooktacular Halloween trail in The Plotters’ Forest. Collect an activity sheet from the creepy kiosk and see what hidden creatures you can find. Steer clear of the Witch’s cauldron and brave the scary spiders to find all of the clues and complete the puzzle. Don’t miss the Mischievous Mog Trail in the Deer Park too.

After Dark Halloween Trail – As the sun sets, experience Raby Castle’s half-term trail after dark when the magical inhabitants of The Plotters’ Forest take on a life of their own. Dress up in your most spooktacular outfits and get into double the trouble this October at Raby. Follow the trail and answer all the questions to receive a Halloween treat. Dressing up is encouraged! This trail is aimed at younger children and is particularly suitable for ages 11 and under. Don’t forget to bring a torch! The Plotters’ Pantry will be open for tasty treats and hot drinks.

Mischievous Mog Trail at The Deer Park – Mog is a mischievous cat who has managed to get her paws on the sorcerer’s magical hat. She’s been slinking around with it causing mayhem in the Deer Park! Can you help the Witch find Mog and their hat? Follow Mog’s mischief around the Deer Park and find the missing words to see what she got up to. There are riddles to solve along the way and a few cheeky ‘Mogs’ trying to lead you astray! The Mischievous Mog Trail will be open daily from 10am – 4pm throughout October Half Term and is included with your general Deer Park ticket.
