
Nature-inspired half term at Murton Park
Enjoy a nature-inspired half-term at Murton Park this May. Here’s what’s coming up.
Saturday 27th May – Sunday 4th June – take part in a scavenger hunt around the park. FREE with an annual pass.
Saturday 27th May – Monday 29th May – The Trailblazer Cowboys will be in town. The Derwent Valley Light Railway will also offer train rides all weekend. Both activities are FREE with a valid annual pass.

Wednesday 31st May – Listen to the story of The Hungry Caterpillar, read by our very own Jemma, followed by a caterpillar-inspired craft session. The session will run from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm, with the story being read at the beginning. Crafts are £1 per person.
Friday 2nd June – Decorate a butterfly house for £2 per person, then take them home to see which visitors they attract.
Sunday 4th June – A nature-inspired Lego club from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm. FREE with a valid annual pass
