Event Details

From Mallard, the world’s fastest steam engine, to the
Japanese Bullet Train and beyond; why do we want to move faster all the time?
How does air resistance work against us? Could we harness the power of wind?
What can our bodies teach us about moving trains creatively and efficiently?

Experiment with shapes, materials and magnets to move faster
this half term. Our workshops and live shows will have you using the science of
streamlining to move and think in unexpected ways.

Join us 25 May – 2 June. Entry is free, along with most of
our activities.
