Eat Out to Help Out in York – The best places to eat with kids

Eat Out to Help Out York

If you’ve missed eating out but haven’t missed footing the bill of a family dinner, the government’s Eat Out to Help Out scheme is coming to the rescue and it’s coming to York.

Restaurants and other eateries signed up to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme will offer 50% off the bill (excluding alcohol), up to a maximum of £10 per person, throughout August. It’s available from Monday to Wednesday only, from 3rd August 2020. The scheme is designed to help the many food businesses that have been hard hit by the coronavirus outbreak. It’s the perfect time to try somewhere new or go back to an old favourite. The discount is automatically available without a voucher, but we’d always recommend booking ahead as table space is likely to be limited.
