Song Box musical play sessions in York welcome all babies, toddlers and talkers, all together, with parents and carers. We share multi-sensory, developmental play; nursery songs, action rhymes, massage, hugs and tickles, bouncing, balancing and dancing, pre-speech communication, language development, stories and playful creativity in our sociable, supportive and uplifting groups.

Serving York families for over 25 years, plus offering training to pre-school and playgroup leaders, Thea has created Song Box’s unique atmosphere. The music is always live, responding to the moment, while embedding the NSPCC’s “Look Say Sing Play” developmental principles and the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
