Brass, Steel and Fire: Rocket at the Railway Museum

As if there weren’t enough reasons to visit the Railway Museum (it’s inspiring, it’s free and it has lots of hands-on activities for kids), here comes legendary Stephenson’s Rocket and a new exhibition, Brass, Steel and Fire. Meet the everyday people who were inspired by Rocket to create their own small-scale inventions at home. Discover how these experiments pushed boundaries and influenced the course of the Industrial Revolution. Free tickets will be available to book online – visit the Railway Museum website to find out how.
