If you’ve watched Peter Rabbit at the cinema this Easter, or you’re fans of the tales of Mrs Tiggywinkle and friends, you’ll be excited to hear that there’s going to be a Beatrix Potter takeover at Castle Howard this May half term! Gobbledigook Theatre will present ‘The Tales of Beatrix Potter,’ an interactive theatre production for all ages. With a national reputation for creating imaginative twists on classic family stories, they’ll bring your favourite furry friends to life in a show inspired by the much-loved characters and world-renowned books. Join Beatrix Potter and her gang on an adventure full of mischief and mayhem around Castle Howard’s iconic grounds. Beatrix Potter’s animal friends will be taking up residence throughout the House as part of an indoor trail and you can meet the live characters from the show in the gardens before each performance. You can also take part in an outdoor hunt around ‘Mr McGregor’s’ walled garden! The trail activities will run from Saturday 26th May to Sunday 3rd June, and the indoor and outdoor trails are included in standard admission price (free to members).
