DESCRIPTION:\nWe’re delighted to be welcoming back to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, No. 60163 Tornado, one of Britain’s most famous steam locomotives, courtesy of the A1 Steam Locomotive Trust.\n\n\n\nFrom Monday 27 July to Saturday 1 August and Monday 3 August to Saturday 8 August, the legendary locomotive will be hauling special services through the spectacular North York Moors National Park.\n\n\n\nBuilt in the 21st century but inspired by the great express locomotives of the steam age, Tornado has become a household name among railway enthusiasts and the wider public alike. Whether you’re seeing her for the first time or welcoming back an old favourite, this is an experience not to be missed.\n\n\n\nTornado is more than a locomotive.
