DESCRIPTION:\nHead to Rowntree Park on Sunday 14th September 2025 from 1 pm to 4 pm for a celebration of all things autumn. This popular event has a traditional vibe and celebrates the end of summer and the beginning of autumn, all with a fun, apple-themed focus!\n\n\n\nEvent Details: The event is free to attend, but some crafts and activities may have a small fee and require booking in advance due to limited spaces. Other activities are drop-in and free to enjoy, but donations are welcome.\n\n\n\nEvents and activities include:– Live music from the Mermaidens, Lord Leak and Lucy’s Pop Choir– Morris dancing from Ramshackle Morris– Crafts and activities for families, including willow weaving, apple printing, apple headbands and foraged prints– Storytelling– Cakes, bakes and jam stall– Apple pressing and apple ID from Abundance York (TBC)– St Nick’s info stall for Green Corridors\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBooking or Drop-In?\n\n\n\nThe event as a whole is free, and some activities you can just ‘drop in’.
